This article number 2 in a series of an article and this article won't teach you how to summon but will help you to ready yourself.

LEARN TO MEDITATE this is required to do the ritual and spells correctly.

Meditate by focusing your mind for a period of time (40 minutes) in silence and keep your body relaxed. You must master this before trying my summoning ritual.

Meditation can be done laying on the bed, however, this training must be done sitting on the floor and legs crossed (like a child sitting in primary school floor)
