A magickally-charged paint that can be used to draw sigils, mark runes, etc.

Sprinkle dried herbs into a mortar, and grind them up with rock salt. Gradually add more salt and river water until it has a consistency you need. It should take on a black color, depending on how many dried herbs you used. 

Use at your own risk. - Many herbs are not good for contact to the skin.
