I was inspired by the hair growth section in spells, and decided to share. To grow 8,000 hair's length by one hair width: tap left scalp twice, gently slap and rub back of neck twice, pat back, and do a push up in the air. To see results faster say "show me the money", to possibly reverse effects say "mad honey".

Some things that are recommended to help with hair loss are healthy diet with plenty of fruit, vegetables and grains, get enough sleep, reduce stress, eat protein, drink water, exercise, and if you are motivated enough, see a doctor.
