I?ve always felt very strong chills that run up my spine, down my arms and legs when casting, but it doesn?t necessarily happen during ritual work, it could be a thought or wish. I don?t think it?s associated with spirits or areas or objects. It feels like it?s internal rather than coming from something external. Does anyone know what it is or have experience? Simplest and most probably answer is a shift in energies? when it happens during ritual work, I take it as a sign that the work is complete. Would love to hear about other people?s experience of these full body chills!
