Hello,

I've been browsing this site for about 3? to 4 years now but just created an account. Upon my travels I have come across spells and practices for different types of kenesis and manipulating/controlling elements. On those spells, I come across conflicting information, from some people claiming it's real, and others claiming it's not. Some say it requires very high concentration. Can someone clear this up for me and tell me if it's possible or not? No "you can do it in a lucid dream" type answers, I'm talking about real life.
