I'd like to share a little trick that my aunt taught me to do while casting a spell. Let's say you're doing a love spell or a spell to bring something to you. Any little thing that can help that spell along is good, right? What's better than being sweet talked? I'll explain what I mean:

In most of my spells, towards the end, I mix a small amount of honey and sugar in a small dish the rub the mixture on my tongue. Without swallowing, I concentrate on the items used in the spell and literally "sweet talk" them into carrying out my intentions.

This way you're focusing your energy and intentions even more, but you're also performing a form of sympathetic magick which is the "like attracts like" sort. I've always thought it was a good idea, because like I said, any little thing helps!

I'd like to hear if anyone has any other small tricks to help build power in spells! :)
