I am in an order known as the Ordo Templi Cogula, a Hermetic and Shamanic brotherhood dedicated to the congealment of the self, which I use for deep study, practice, and experimentation. We have not been this order for long, and as I am teaching my main disciple the ways of the Arts, I need also teach myself firstly.

Introduction aside, I'm just curious as to if anyone could share any sort of practical and accessible spells/rites/meditations/etc that could be useful in foundational work. We use anything ranging from Witchcraft and Geomancy to the primary Occult and Animal magic.
