In the past I was able to focus my energy end even make energy balls, but to enhance my psyche I was looking for more technique's. I found a youtube video that said to give an enpowering sound. After I listened to the sound I wasn't able to focus my energy anymore and lost the ability I had completely. Can anyone help me with this?
