So, something happened to me about a week and a half ago. When I can't go to sleep sometimes, I always meditate. Usually when I meditate, I feel numb, not at all in a bad way, in a great way actually; in a way like floating.

Anyway, I was sleeping at my boyfriend's apartment and couldn't get to sleep. When I sat up and meditated, my body felt like it was twisting. Not twisting as in it physically hurt, but in a way that I felt very off-balanced. The top half of my body from the torso to the head kept wanting turn to the right and the bottom half wanted to turn to the left. Every time I opened my eyes to see if I was possibly tilting myself, I was still sitting up perfectly straight and aligned.

Has this happened to anyone else? Usually when I meditate it takes 20-30 minutes before I go to sleep. That time, it took about 45 minutes to nearly an hour. It just made it hard for me meditate.
