I saw this sign in our basin a few days ago, and i really wonder why it is there, and i guess i have seen it somewhere! please take a look at my pictures in my profile and find the paw like picture in there, and please tell me if it is familiar to you, and if you know what it really is, please tell me! thanks! :)

p.s: before i saw the sign, i was playing with 3 little kittens i saw just beside our house. ( 1st- black,2nd- black and white,3rd- black )
