well, truly, what is it?
what is the number one true belief?
I have an idea, and yet, I do not.
My idea, all of them are. Sounds crazy, i know, but think about it. Contemplate amongst this thought for a while. Here is a simple example that might help you understand why I say this.
Imagine every belief as a bowl of food, one is different, in taste, texture, and look. two can seem similar, but maybe one has a bit more spice, or maybe a bit thicker. Now, everyone of these dishes is enjoyed by at least one person, and so, maybe belief is a prefrence, a different view of the same thing, and a person goes to that which they see fits them.
basically, every belief in some way is connected to what ever real truth there is, but, people just have a different way of understanding.
is this the problem, no, it is not.
what is the problem is that people do not accept another's viewpoint, only their own. I believe that a belief can exist, and co exist, if people choose to accept another's "viewpoint".
Imagine it, not even a world, but a place
a place where a christian, a wiccan, a satanist, an atheist, animist, etc., can get along, all because they accept and respect the belief of another.
That would be the start of true peace, not having peace with people who are the same, but having peace with a wide variety of people.
this idea is important to look at, and ties in with a bigger idea of mine, but, i want you all to think about that.
Right now it seems impossible, but i at least ask you all to contemplate on the idea where no one is "alone" or an "outcast"
were everyone has one less fear, the fear of another's thoughts about your own.
