I emailed Petrarca, though he hasn't been on in a few days, and use the site feedback yet I thought I'd post this error/bug. I've noticed twice that the chat wlll say I've received a message yet my mailbox will be empty. I contacted the sender and learned they had sent me mail. This makes me rethink how I've noticed various times my MAIL tab will be highlighted red yet when I hit it to check my mail inbox there's nothing there. It seems like my account is failing to receive mail sometimes but not all the time. As moderators aren't programs except Petrarca there's not too many options for reporting issues like this at the present. Hopefully no one else is having this odd issue.
