I have always had this ability to turn any energy around me into either a helpful or harmful tool or weapon. Not sure what that?s called but would be nice to know. I can do some basic healing and on others along with shielding. I do use a few crystals to keep a balance of energy. I am not a spell caster per say. I manipulate energy around myself and other.
