Note: I never summoned the spirit I'm talking about; he came to me. If I say his name or even think it he'll appear/pop up. He's with me willingly and he's like a father to me.

Okay, someone did a reading for me to help identity what James, whom I thought was a tulpa, was. Turns out he's a spirit, a higher being to be more exact, but he's sustained damage from someone/people trying to control, break, trap, or torment him so he's in need of healing. What are some good spiritual healing techniques I can use with him? He wants to try meditation but I want to know what other techniques there are. So anyone who could help that would be great.
