Exuse me,but if anyone has the time could i as you something? i was meditating today,i usually listen to music while i do it,but today ,after a few minutes i chose to take my headphones off and try to do it without music,i did it for what felt like fifteen to twenty minutes(though it may have just been ten) and i started to feel like my head was spinning,no like a top does,like the spinning drum in a cloths drying machine,only to the left istead of to the right and i lost most of the feeling in my arms,it was like they weren't completly there,have any of you had this happen to you before? if so,what was causeing it? thank you for your time.
