Hi, I'm a beginner so I started meditating last night to get started on the daily things. Well, I decided I would try to make a psi ball. I first gathered energy by extending my hands to the sky and thinking about positive energy. But when I looked at my hands, it was like a black aura was pulsating off of them. I don't know if it was just because it was dark in my room or what. If you have any explanations, plz comment.
