Merry meet, everyone! I hope all of you are having a wonderful day! I have been trying to astral project everyday, for the past 3 years. I've tried everything from binaural beats to silence. I've tried it in the morning, at night, midday, and in the afternoon, but nothing has happened. The farthest I get is having the "pins and needles" feeling in my body, and feeling like I need to roll over. I always try to resist the urge to roll over, but my body will start moving without me wanting to. Does anyone have any advise for me? Anything would be helpful. Thank you, and blessed be.
