I just very recently started learning about Astral Projection. I've been watching videos on youtube mainly. Are there any books or websites you would recommend on the subject?
I heard your energy influences where you go and you may meet shadow people or go to scary places if you're more unhappy or anxious. I'm mot exactly the happiest person especially since I just went thru a break up so should I try to focus on being more positive to avoid those places?
Also, do you always go to other dimensions? Do you ever just stay in the one you're in and explore bc I heard about people going to space or the center of the earth or their friends house.
