So if you clicked on this post it's most likely you thought I had AP Questions but no no no that's not the case what it is, it is me answering questions to AP so let's start.

What is AP?
Well it's a kind of spiritual travel kind of like lucid dreaming and there is a bunch of things you can do there (I will not list them).
How do I AP?
You have to train and learn about it to get into the astral plane.
Well if I'm in AP how do I get out?
I'm not sure about that myself but you might need a door or something to get out.
I've trained and tried learning of AP for many months/years but I haven't been able to get onto the astral plane why is that?
Well not everyone gets AP right on their first time and if it isn't your first time maybe somethings blocking you or you need something else to accomplish it the first time I ever went in I used brinual beats.
