I've never done AP, I just see a lot of dreams :D

So my friend, he is not in magick or witchcraft at all, said he goes in AP a lot.

He told me he saw himself sleeping, then he flies away, he saw all clocks running anticlockwise, he saw a lot of stuff upside down.

And then he said he saw me sitting on my bed, in a lot of anger and totally quiet, the place was similar to his house but I dont talk with him or help him in finding way.

Now I have a doubt, I never do AP, I dont think I can, then how is he supposed to see me in AP?
Arent you supposed to see other souls, other spirits and another world in general?
