At night make tea as you are boiling the tea wave your power hand over it and say may my intentions brew I wish to be at ease so peace come through, finish making the tea and go outside now sit and make yourself comfy and look up at the night sky or moon and say, I call upon the winds of night may its breeze flow freely through me and blow away my worries and bestow on me contentment, let it clear your mind while envisioning being cleansed from the winds force, then say thank you for this blessing, drink your tea don't chug it just relax listen to the sounds of nature.
