You will need the following items for this spell:

Draw a dragon eye and scratch through eye. Fold so you can't see what you drew. Write 5 new traits example: sense life, fire breath, ability to fly, sharp nails, sharp teeth. On other side write: "Give me these traits and powers for 24 hours".
When you go to sleep put under pillow and say: "Please give these traits to me by the time I wake up". Be asleep for 3 hrs at least.

You cannot gain the abilities of Dragons. You can work with them, perhaps call on them while you're exercising, but you cannot gain their abilities apropos of nothing.
You cannot gain the reflexes or abilities of a dragon for any length of time. Real Magik on the physical is ruled by nature and will never defy nature. Even if this was meant to be an astral spell, it is too simplistic to work. Furthermore, most changes to your astral form is done through will, not spells.
