I have been having dreams of Hecate lately. Could this mean she is calling to me?

It could be a possible indication that she may be.

I would consider lighting a candle for her, dark purple, blood red or maroon, or black; and asking her to give you a clear sign if she is calling to you. You may wish this sign to be something specific so you'll recognize it.
