Dancing spirit

This will just be a brief overview on my path, what it requires, and such. If you have questions, feel free to message me or ask down below. I will always answer a curious persons question.

The dancing spirits path:

The dancing spirits path came from 3 different known cultures.

  • Native American
  • Ancient Aztec
  • Spain
What is it?

It's a form of healing, the form that.. Dances.

As i am a Zumba instructor, I believe the phrase "Dance your heart out." As it is roughly true. In the dance spirit path, you involve dancing to music rituals, meditations, and energy builds. I have been going down this path for about two good years now, and i will say that it has changed me significantly.

What it requires:

  • Focus
  • The ability to dance for a time ranging from 5-45 minutes at the minimum
  • The ability to write your own magic
  • A healthy diet
  • Good dancing music.
I will have to write more when i have the time.

That sounds like an interesting path to follow indeed! Moving meditations can indeed be excellent practices, especially for restless people who have trouble with being physically still. Especially as an individual can reach a point of being the 'calm within the storm'... Physically active and moving while being stll and calm of mind.

I reckon it's brilliant. While it wasn'tZumba I remember watching a video on YouTube long ago, who said she used to dance before contacting spirt it was her form of meditation to get into a trance like state. It's definitely interested. I agree, as someone who can't meditated the more traditional way, I normally can get in a trance like state with humming, music or drumming. Sometimes it's just easier for people, who can't physically stay still movement helps a lot.Great way to keep in shape as will.
