Help needed

Good day to all. I am trying to help a friend who is under spiritual attack constantly. I am in need of a recipe for a spiritual bath to cleanse this person from all attacks and attachment. I only have a few oils. No frankie or myrrh.

In my line of spiritual work and belief water and salt is all you would ever need or just plain tap water for cleansing.

I agree with the first commenter. A bath of water, salt, (Sea Salt 1. or Epsom Salts 2. are my preferences) and a clear intent.

Perhaps if you have any protective crystals you could line them by the tub, but it's not necessary. Clear Crystal, Obsidian, Jet, Black Moonstone, Tigereye, Garnet, Amethyst and Turquoise would all be good protective crystals for you, any of those would be good. Selenite is a good one too for your situation, but I would move it over your body before you get in the tub, and not even take it to the tub. Selenite can dissolve if it gets wet.

I also agree, sometimes all I do for a cleansing is visualizing all the negative energy leaving myself/ or the room I'm in. Some may say burning sage is a great way of clearing energy. I have used sage a few times but I found that grounding and centering myself after is helpful.
