Energy manipulation

Hello, am new or a beginner and I have started with the energy manipulation and I think it is successful done because I can fill pulling and pushing kind of forces so I need help to the next step or whether there is any practice to control them.

I would say directthat energy elsewhere like healing someone or what you want to manifest in your life to make it better. There is a video on my bio about how to practice personal magnetism. A lotof possibilitiesone can do with all 16 different exercises.
