Your question isn't quite clear. Are you looking for rituals to show your love for Freya? Or are you looking for spells and rituals that call upon Freya to help you with your love life?
If it is the latter, then do you already have a working relationship with Freya that would cause her to wish to help you with what you want to accomplish? Remember that the Gods are not simply spell ingedients. It is important to create a relationship between yourself and the God or Goddess whose aid you are asking for before you call upon them for assistance.
If you don't follow the Norse religion and worship the Norse Gods, then you might be better off working with a Goddess from your own belief system. I believe in the Hindu pantheon, Rati is th e Goddess of , carnal desire, lust, passion and sexual pleasure. You might have more success calling upon her aid than about a Goddess about whom you know very little and with whom you have no relationship.
Freyja is goddess of love and lust in the Norse pantheon. She is also a fertility goddess, called upon for bringing about pregnancy in people and animals. She is invoked to bring fertility to the earth as well. Her love is that of lust, carnal desire, sex, and pregnancy. She is also a goddess of battle, leader of the Valkyries and the Mistress of Seidr. She takes the first half of the dead from battle, the rest go to Odin in Vallhala. She is far more complex than one would believe.

Sojfn is a goddess of love this is long term love, love of family, love of clan, love between husband and wife; Lofn is a love goddess she is the one who removes obstacles between lovers and can get permission for those who are held apart to marry; Frigg is the goddess of marriage, family bonds, childbirth and wives; Var hears the oaths of all, especially those between men and women and she is the one who holds you to your oath.
