Breaking a binding

Not on myself.

I need to be pointed in the direction towards information on how to break a binding a person has put on others, as in binding themselves to them, so that anything that cast on her affects the innocents they have bound to them. They have bound their children to them in a divorce and are attacking the innocent husband with spells and none can be directed towards her back without affectin g the kids spells he's hiding behind using the binding spell.

*she's hiding behind.

It would be one thing if the children were ok and we were just protecting him from her but she is not a good mother either and the children are suffering for it. No fighting fire with fire can be done as long as she hides behind her children though. This is a very selfish and cowardly person we ate talking about if anyone would like to read it for truth. She also is undiagnosed schizophrenic, D.I.D, whatever her diagnoses ends up being if she ever gets help. It runs in her family and is serious enough many are heavily medicated and some have gone to jail and even participated in murders. She clearly needs help but the children and person she is attacking need it more/first.

It is difficult to break a binding between people not including yourself; you can sever a link between yourself and another or a group of others fairly easily.

One simple method is a 'string cutting' type spell or ritual. Basically, one object (personal item, photo, the name written on paper and rolled up, what have you) per person is tied to the end of a string. The string is ceremonially severed to represent breaking the binding.

A separate working may be in order for a freezer spell, a binding spell against the other person, or some other personal warding and protection.

As always, cleanse, banish, protect after all is said and done. Clear the space of the others' unwanted and rejected energies or essence, and prevent its return. This effort will likely need to be repeated.

If magick will not work then you need to go a different route. Considering her mental health and condition it sounds like it would be easy to label her an unfit parent transferring custody to the father as well as potentially getting her mentally evaluated which might result in nullifying her involvement completely. Magick is not always the go to solution in these cases. As far as bindings go well that could be your answer. There are plenty of spells that are not harmful that could be used that would not transfer to the children in a negative way. You could attempt to bind her abilities so she cannot continue to curse him. I tend to look for mundane solutions though and that seems to be your best course if any attempts against her using magick harm innocent people. Fighting fire with fire often ends up burning both people.
