In case you're asking if you can change your eye colour, no you can not. As much as you might believe in it and/or want it, we cannot change our dna.

If you really want a different eye color, take a trip to see your local optometrist. Even if you don't need glasses, they still have to write a prescription for colored contacts. I am aware that some stores do sell colored contacts, but as someone who has to wear contacts, the difference between the textures, safety, and the levels of sanitation is completely different.
