Open the untouchable

breath
concentration
no concentration


instructions:
take a deep breath and blow out softly, imagining the air flowing around you in an orb.now concentrate and take your hand and push the orb apart at an area you sense as a weak spot. Now let your mind wander, and step lightly through that open area you have created. now you have the sense that shows what is untouchable as a normal person.
