When I do the silver ring charm. Is it ok if the the ring is a cheap three dollar ring from Walmart as long as it's silver and never been worn before? Can the glass for the white wine or milk be any size glass? Since this has to be done on the night of a full moon is it ok if the moon is on the opposite side of the house as long as it's done on the night of a full moon?
As far as whether you can actually see the moon during the spell, I don't think it completely matters.
It is also up to you to make any modifications as you see fit, according to your own beliefs. If you do not follow a goddess, for example, or if you follow a specific goddess, you can direct the prayer to whichever deity you do follow. Or if you do not follow any deities, you can make appropriate changes.
The use of the moon, white wine, and white cloth are more about symbolism than anything else. It is to help solidify your focus and intent in the work.
And one last thing: When you wear the ring, if you're an adult, don't wear it on the same finger as an engagement ring or wedding band, or it may deter potential encounters ;)
After the ring is dug up would it be wise to wear the ring in a bar especially if it's a college bar? With the ring wouldn't it make all the eyes fix on you not that I wouldn't mind.
The ring would not necessarily make everyone in the room notice you; it would, however, draw attraction your way.
Wearing it in a bar where you know people go to meet new people is one way to help facilitate the spell.
One way to look at it is this: There are people who will cast a spell for a job, then sit on the sofa watching television, complaining that magic does not work. It's the same with a spell to attract love into one's life: If you do the working, but don't do anything after, such as staying at home all the time, then there is no way to facilitate results.
If the person casting a spell for a job is actively looking, then that basically helps influence probability of success. The ring charm is the same thing.
But also remember that magic is not always instant, and sometimes results are not precisely what you had hoped for.
