Chants

I'm confused about these as well. Can they be performed everyday, like as soon as I wake up? Could I chant sitting in a chair or on the couch? Do I visualize the person during the chant? Could I possibly state their name in the chant? Thanx for replies.

yes you can chant everyday, you can chant when you want, where you want.

Thanx a bunch. I'm gonna try my best to make them a daily ritual as soon as I wake up.
