Recently my little step brothers mother shot herself in the head.

at the funeral, my step brothers older brother told my mom that his mom was a witch.

Apparently a lot of crazy unexplained stuffed has happened since her passing.

how can i Cast her away from harming my family?

This sounds a little bizarre but it you feel uneasy trying using a protective Shield and use a protective tailsman

Remember too that sometimes when someone is called a "witch" it doesn't mean that the person is a magic user. It might simply mean that they thought she was an unpleasant person.

I'd be more concerned with helping your step-brother deal with the fact that his Mom committed suicide than anything else.
