Spell making is not as difficult as a person might expect. Several practitioners may say to grab a piece of paper & pen or pencil and write down your intentions on it. Here is a guide that you may find helpful:

Personally i simply write my spells in the form of a poem. I include any deity or higher power that i am asking for help as well as the intentions.
