How can I start a new coven?

The ability to start new covens, here on the site, has been removed. Currently, you can only lead a coven if one of the current leaders or the site Administrator promotes you.

Also, you can apply to take over one of the covens on the inactive list. However, your application must be at least 3 months old, and it is also helpful to contribute knowledgeable information to the site, coven chat, etc.
