I think the best point for you at this time is to do daily meditation every day and it will help you feel better, I have tried this and it works wonders for me. You just need to find something that works for you. What also helps me is daily exercise, going for a regular walk around the block releases all negative tension. You will then start to feel relaxed, calm. Go talk to a counsellor they always are helpful. I am not sure if this website has spells that can help you with anger but look around and you might get lucky and find something to help you ok.

You have to try some spell that will help you to control your anger. Sometime most abuse result anger or rage, you have to transfer this anger to safe and positive place so it will not destroy either you or others.
Face to east, west, north and south randomly and call upon the earth to allow you to safely ground your rage. Now, light the red candle. Then hold a red paper in your hand. Focus to the red candle, and begin to chant, shout, scream, or make whatever will help you to feel the rage come up and leave you. Make sure you don't let the paper burn that will help you to remove your anger.
