how to make a wand?

does anyone know how to make a wand them self? If so please respond and give me directions.

first ask the three if you can have ti's stick, give thanks(NEVER cut it out from the three unless it'
s winter) then get an athame and say this chant "this athame is not ment to cut flesh orbone it is only made to cut my wand that's made of wood" then cut of the leaves and the sides untrill it's perfectly bare add desings and whatever you want to it... then charge it ... either by baring it inside the dirtand ask mother earth to charge it or ask a god or goddes to charge it... or anyother way ...
