Dream after Visualization
By:
I have been trying to visualize... yesterday I did put in some 30 minutes to visualize something

And later on I had a morning dream about same thing

basically the dream was kind of 'continuation' or extension of my visualization!

Is there any connection?
Or some other reason?

Well of course there is. You spent 30 minutes working at getting your brain to do a particular thing. When you went to sleep the brain continues to process what you were doing. It happens all of the time when we have something important we're thinking about when awake and then find ourselves dreaming about. I had a dream last night in which I was writing the thesis I'm currently working on. It's a normal neurological process, nothing magical about it.

Well there was at least 10 hours gap between these two events... and yeah 2 more dreams in between :)

The time period doesn't really matter. It's still the same principle. The thought was still present in your brain and your brain was still processing it.

It is also possible to continue a dream on a later date. I once continued a dream a week later.
