Elemental Training?

can anyone teach me about the elements like how to conjure them, manipulate them and bind with them. jst to make things clear i know absolutly NOTHING about the elements lol so is someone could explain to me some things about them it would be much appreciated.

I too know ABSOLUTELY JACK SQUAT about elements!

How will you use them? In a spell?

What you can't do is manipulate them. The elements have been there forever, we haven't.

But you can ask for their assistance.

well so far all i know is that there are five elements fire, water, air, earth and spirit.
and yes greylights i would like to use them in spells.
