Let necessity lead? I wouldn't know what items you already have ready for enchanting, or which enchantments would serve you best. But, since the classical magician's tools are a wand, dagger, chalice, and paten... you can enchant the equivalents: ballpoint pen, ruler, swiss knife (the dagger and wand are sometimes interchangeable,) or tumblers to draw in psychic energy to give an extra boost whenever you drink from it, pendants to keep psychic shields up... or sweatbands to soften negative energy, stress balls to better focus programmed psiballs, playing cards (even without the major arcana and knights, they're like enough to the tarot to still correspond to a set of ideas that can be used for divination or even spellcasting,) sneakers of grounding, safety pins, lint?

Anything is a good item actually. I personally don't work well enchanting electrical items, and if you're going to do the spell on this site where it's enchanted by water then you really shouldn't use an electrical item, but other mages (technopagans, or just urban thaumaturgists,) have no trouble (with electrical items, that is, I'm sure they wouldn't enchant with water either.) Likewise some might say crystals or other silicate stones are best for holding programs, others say organic items are best or you can't enchant plastic but I think it's fine.
