another plane ?

I've seen how people say some creatures don't exist of the physical plane but do in the astral plane. Do they have their own physical plane or just the astral one? Or is the astral plane their physical one?

If you ever study metaphysics you get the idea that their are multipal deminsions or pockets that exist on the same level as we do. The astral is basically one of those but like all plains they all have their own laws and paramaters. So it would depend on the perception of the individual in question. Is the glass half full or half empty.
