If you give everyone you come across the opportunity to speak their truth, then you will learn. Truths oppose, and people lie. It is your job to think with discernment , then to read, and to experiment, and to find out what your truth is. No two paths are exactly the same :)

I learned by asking various people the same question to get different views when I was getting the answer which was virtually the same, but with different ways of trying, I learned they were the people to trust. The is a lot of them on this site, finding them is easy if you ask the right and sensible question, I know the forum is filled with lots of bad information, but also is filled with good. I read it then asked those I came to trust if this was right which I had read. I soon learned what was right and what was wrong, and what were different views.

Hello;
At one time, I studied, learned and, practiced telepathy. I did not have a knack or "gift" for it as some do, as much as I tried. I abandoned this after about 3 months of concerted effort and sadly, moved on to other studies.
However, there is one exercise from the far reaches of my mind that I recall;
Go to any public place, sit, rest, and people watch. People do this every day, today, you have a purpose.
Try to make someone scratch their head. This basic simple exercise, is easily accomplished after some effort.
Have someone turn left. Or, turn right. Whatever. Just try to make them turn. Mission accomplished? Cool. Next;
Have someone stop, turn 180 degrees (opposite direction) and go that way for a short way.
The point of all this is; Focusing ONE SINGLE THOUGHT and thrusting this suggestion into someone's mind, making it their own, and do what you want.
As far as reading someone's mind, I don't know. I never got to that part.
Anyway, that's my .02c comment from the peanut gallery section.
Blessed Be.

Oops;
Of course, the way to make someone scratch their head is simply think this one thought; SCRATCH YOUR HEAD! And, scream this in your mind, in some professional circles, this is termed "the silent roar." And, at the same time, focus on someone's back of their head. Focus means, stare. Stare at the back of someone's head and silently scream, "SCRATCH YOUR HEAD!" Try not to make any obvious body movements, jerks, mind reading gestures or, generally, act a fool. People will notice you. And you'll be scratching your head! Anyway, try it. I know this works. You will gain confidence for the other exercises.

Heck;
Ok, I'll state this, I don't care what anybody thinks. I actually accomplished this during the time that I was practicing my telepathy.
I saw a pretty girl, my age, late 20's at the time. I could not resist trying my new found skills of telepathy on her. Cool!
So, I searched my mind what single thought should I impress on her? What? What? What? Quickly, before she disappears before my eyes and out of my life. So, all I could think of was;
"Come, love me!"
I screamed this out to her in my mind, over and over and over. To my surprise, she came over! We started a wonderful conversation.....,
