Nighmare spell

why do you want someone to have nightmares in the frist place?

it all depends. I am not trying to cause harm just saying

Try simple telepathy >.> Spells are just intent concocted with complicated motions and unnecessary incantations. Write your intent down, get it well formed, then envision it put into action.

You should always make sure you have a good reason for wishing this apon another person, if so i found this to be useful in many areas for what you want, create a simple poppet doll and link it to the person, then place a simple dream spell apon the doll to control there thoughts and actions which are easy to find. Trust me when i say this works.
