powerfull:sleeping spell

ok, i need a powerfull sleeping spell.
one thats fairly easy to do and does not need any drastic things. anyone got any?

Say this while lying in bed. It won't make you fall asleep like that, but it will make you a bit drowsy:

"Help me sleep,help me sleep well, help me rest with this Wiccan spell. "

You might want to repeat it 3, 7, or 12 times but if you are good at magic this can make you hard to wake up. Saying it only once made me sleep 4 hours logner than usual.
