nightmares and sleep

has any one any ways of geting a good nights sleep? that arnt interupted by nightmares i have a dream catcher in the room but still get interupted sleep specialy dreaming of ppl who have pased on any help would be welcome thanks

I read something about the dream catcher...it said all the good things are being caught on it but "evil" passes through the hole in the center of it.

Try putting a piece of Jade under your pillow. I was having nightmares and I did it and I don't have them anymore.

I don;t hav nightmares, but I constantly wake up during the night and when I do have dreams there very jumpy and unclear

Very basic technique which will help with better sleep:
At night time before sleeping lay in your bed with an pillow under your knees, start tensing you body, from toes upwards, take time to really focus on each section of the body as you tense it up and work your way upwards, build this tension till you reach your crown and your entire body is tensed up and pushing out, tense it up as hard as you can and hold, and then when you can't hold it anymore just let it all go and focus the release out your crown, it will feel as if your body is being pushed down into the mattress and pillows while your soul starts drifting out, if done right you should have very good physical sleep while your mind and soul is free to wander and grow on the etheric planes ;)

try meditating, and drink water only. other substances such as coke which contains caffein is a bad idea.
