OPAL
ok so i recently went to our towns annual beach festival =] loved it and there's always this booth that has crystals and i was looking forward to it =] but this year they had less crystals and but i still like looking around i found that they had opal stones so i decided to buy the first one i looked at out of the several it was a tiny one that shimmered in the water of the bowl and i got it! =]
i felt secure with it and right now i fell overprotected over it
but ive noticed with the stone its easier to manipulate the four elements especially wind

Hematite is also associated healing stone with etheric subtle body, it energizies the physical levels and helps support the circulary system+blood also helping with temperature regulation.
In my opinion it's one of the most effective grounding stones and i use this stone regularly, i also wear hematite rings. it is also good for the sacral and solar plexus.
It can also be matallic Grey, Black or Red in color.
