Does anybody know if their is a spell or a chant to clear your mind to help you focus

Meditate

No sorry but meditation and breathing for a few minutes helps clear ur mind and focus

It takes practice and patience. Try using incense, it helps me when I am having trouble concentrating.

After you acheive clear mind or centering you can develop a phrase that best describes how you feel when you are there to recite as a shortcut to it from then on if you want.
