You cannot alter it,either. Weather patterns are much more powerful than any "magic".

Shour you can, just do it the appropriate time before you need it relative to what weather you want, and thats why meteorologist are usually wrong and im always right, you just cant do anything geologically imposiblefor the time of year, the only problem is to estimate time in which the weather will be like you want it, it takes a time to nail it day for day hour for haur (and realy bryisng meteorologists, name one time in recordet history when they got the weather right in recordet time, there is a reason why they get it wrong everytime) there is no relevance to the day of week in this matter, balive me or not
I agree with Brysing and chaosedge I wouldn't argue with a mod you know...

I must say the whole don't argue with a mod on a debatable subject seems to be a bit of a tyrannical idea to me. With all do respect to brysing I must disagree. Lets "theorize" here. If the universe was created by a single source, the big bang, then all things are connected on a certain level. Using the law of sympathy one would undoubtedly realize that the human conscious is at some level linked to the conscious of the earth as well as everything on it. If A human being can tap into the consciousness and energy of another human being. Why then should they not be able to do the same thing with the earth.

Has anyone been able to do it so far..? Ever since the mankind started has it ever happend? Please don't be a fluff.
Weather patterns begin many miles from where they eventually occur.Hurricanes and typhoons, for instance, hit land after they have formed miles away, usually in the middle of the Atlantic ocean. They cannot be altered in any way. It is why meteorologists study these patterns as the patterns begin, so that they can then "predict" what the weather will be like in any location. The weather is not exactly "forecast"; it is predicted; it is what is likely to happen. And most times than not, they are correct in the prediction.
But, chaosedge knows better than any scientist. It says so on her profile.
