    first cast you circle and light your candle. think very thoroughly about what you want to accomplish. for instance, i want to change my eye color from brown to green. think about that color filling your eyes. one you have done this write on the paper what you want to do. light the paper on fire and set aside SAFELY on something like a dish or fire proof cloth. once you have done this chant:

    For this spell you meed to know exactly what time you were born ( e.g 1:59pm). In the minutes building up to your birth time hold your hands together and imagine a ball of energy inside you slowly waking up and turning on. As soon as the clock hits your birth time say '' I think i have inner power, i have inner power, i am my inner power, by the power of my belief, the full moons energy and my birth time of turning ( your age), this is my will so mote it be!'' While saying this imagine the energy getting bigger and brighter like it is feeding off your words. As soon as the minute is finnished imagine the energy spreading out and all over your body.

    Symptoms so far to look out for:
    A shiver down your spine when you send the energy out
    Feeling lighter then usual

    For those of you who know what a sneeze stuck in your throat feels like, I am very sorry. This might help you. For those of you who havent, you probably think this post is pretty batty... well, it sucks okay? Here's the recipe.

  • grind these into a powder:
  • 1 part patchouli,
  • 1 part pink rose,
  • just under one part or 2/3 parts ground black pepper,
  • 1/2 part cinnamon,
  • 1 sprig of thyme.

    ''WHAT!? These are just things that will make me sneeze you lying JERK!!''
    Well pay the hell attention! It surprised me too!
    I originally smelled this, practically inhaling it to sneeze instead of that God awful cough gag that comes with a sneeze that is stuck in your throat!
    This pot pourri recipe (a lovely aphrodisiac incense by the way! ^_^) Actually soothed my throat the more I inhaled it.
    What's strange is that usually it has a spicy sneezy and even a slightly burning sensation in every other instance besides the sneeze cough.
    ...I know it's weird, but it works. Don't like it? Well, I'm just suggesting it so you don't have to try it!
    Allergic to any of these ingredients?
    Don't freaking try this then!

    You should be able to heal other people by simply touching the wounded, or diseased area (e.g. the chest if they have a cold). Keep in mind that it may not work for everyone. It doesn't work for me, but it did work for my friend, so don't be too disappointed if it didn't work for you.
    You may need:

  • Voice
  • 2 White Candles
  • A Small Mirror
  • 1 Black Candle
  • Lavender
  • Bay Leaves
  • Holy Water

    1. Put the mirror on the floor, facing upright, with the white candles either side, and the black at the head of it.

    2. Light the black candle.

    3. Say ''May all negative energy be banished, hence the light of the dark''.

    4. Put the holy water into a cup of some sort, and hold it just above the candle for 2 minutes.

    4 Pour the water over the mirror.

    5. Blow out the black candle.

    6. Light the white candles.

    7. Say ''From now and forever keep the positive affirmations free in this mirror''.

    8. Crush the lavender and bay leaves together, and sprinkle it over the mirror.

    9.As you do so, say ''Cleanse thy health from now and future''.

    10. Blow out the candles.

    11. Whenever you want to heal someone, put your hand ver the mirror, and say, ''Cleanse thy health from now and future''. The touch the ill area of the person, and they should recover within the next day or two.
