Curse Removal Spell

Requirements:
A lock of your hair.
A fingernail clipping.
Sage.
Basil.
Rosemary.

Take a lock of your hair and a clipping of your fingernail. Grind together with Sage, Basil and Rosemary in a pestle and mortar. Wake up at sunrise and face towards the East then burn the mixture and chant the following:

"As the day comes the night shall fade along with ill intent that has been made."
"As the sun rises today I cast off any ill ties that are bound to me by flesh or soul."
"As I breath today I shall be free. No harm will be inflicted on my destiny."
"Let it be known to all, my spirit will never fall."

Take a deep breath. Hold for 10 seconds then exhale.

Embrace the new day for you will have cleansed yourself of any simple curses bound to you. The energy of the will help to remove any negative energy bound to you. The act of burning your hair and fingernail along with the herbs will help to purify your body as well as simulate the destruction of any negative bonds to you. The chant helps you consecrate your own body by drawing on the above.
